We offer accredited and non-accredited customised training interventions for both the public and private sectors. We have over 12 years experience in providing training and business intervention solutions on the African continent.

Accredited Training services

We offer training programmes accredited with the Public Sector Education and Training Authority of South Africa. We have highly skilled staff with both subject matter and andragogy skills to meet client training needs. Our training interventions intergrate skills training with performance outcomes.

Business enterprise development services

Skill Share Africa Institute has an SMME unit that offers specialised SMME training and business development tools ranging from business analysis, financial management, business planning, strategic planing and market plans amongst other interventions. We have highly qualified staff with specialist skills in SMME development.

Research

We recently established a research unit to enhance our clients knowledge and learning needs. We have specialised research on human capital climate surveys, monitoring and evaluation and a range of specialised business case studies.
